The Free Presence Audit

Find out what your presence actually looks like.

Tell us where to look and we’ll go through whatever a customer would find — your site, your Google listing, your Facebook page — the way they’d find it, then send you what we found. It costs nothing, and there’s nothing to sit through to get it.

These are done by hand, so there are only so many in a week. If we’re backed up, we’ll tell you rather than leave you waiting.

What lands in your inbox

Three things, and no sales deck.

Every audit is done by hand, on your actual business. You get the same thing whether you look like a good fit for us or not.

01

Marked-up screenshots, or a short video

Your pages with the problems circled and labelled, so you can see exactly what we mean instead of reading a list of jargon. If it’s quicker to talk you through it, we record a few minutes of screen instead.

02

The two or three biggest problems

Not everything that could be better — the few things actually costing you enquiries, named specifically. Vague advice is easy to write and useless to act on.

03

A couple of quick wins

Fixes you can make yourself this week, whether or not you ever hire us. They’re yours to keep and we don’t ask for anything to hand them over.

What it isn’t

It’s a read on what’s wrong, not the full diagnosis. It won’t rank you suburb by suburb, benchmark you against competitors or crawl your site — that’s the paid audit below, and we’d rather tell you that up front than pad this one out.

What happens after you send it

No call to book, no hoops.

You don’t have to sit through a pitch to get the audit. It arrives by email and you can do whatever you like with it.

  1. You send the form

The only things we genuinely need are your name, an email, and somewhere to look — a website, a Facebook page or just your business name and suburb.

  2. We confirm we’ve got it

A real reply from a real person, usually within two business days. If we’re backed up, or if we don’t think an audit would tell you anything useful, we’ll say so then rather than go quiet.

  3. We go through your presence

By hand, the way a customer would: we search for you, look at what comes up, open your site on a phone, and try to get in touch with you. That’s usually where the problems are.

  4. You get it, and that’s the end of the obligation

The audit is yours. If you want to talk about it we’re here, and if you’d rather take the quick wins and run with them yourself, that’s a perfectly good outcome. We won’t chase you about it.

Tell us where to look.

Two required fields. Everything else just makes the audit sharper — the more we know about what you want more of, the more specific we can be about what’s getting in the way.

What it costs

Nothing. There’s no card, no trial, and no obligation attached to it. We do these because it’s the cheapest honest way to show you how we think, and some of the people we do them for end up hiring us. That’s the whole business case.

Send your business name and a link, and that’s enough to get started.

This field is needed.

No website yet? Leave it blank — that’s worth knowing on its own, and we’ll look at what people find instead.

Local search results differ by suburb, so this changes what we see when we look you up.

We use what you send here to do the audit and reply to you, nothing else. No list, no third parties. See our privacy policy.

That didn’t send — something went wrong on our end, not yours. Please email info@ryderdigital.studio and we’ll pick it up from there.

Request received.

We read these ourselves. You’ll get a real reply confirming we’ve got it, usually within two business days — and if an audit wouldn’t tell you anything useful, we’ll say that instead of sending one for the sake of it.

If you want the whole picture

The Deep Presence Audit.

The free audit tells you what a customer sees. This one is the full diagnosis, with the tools behind it: where you rank suburb by suburb, your Google Business Profile against the three businesses beating you, a technical crawl of your site, speed scores, whether ChatGPT and Gemini know you exist, and your reviews. You get a written report and we walk you through it on a call.

If it turns out you don’t need a new site, the report says so.

$490

Credited back in full against a Presence System started within 60 days — so if you go ahead, the audit effectively cost nothing.

  • Written, prioritised report
  • A live walkthrough call

The obvious questions

Why free, and what’s the catch.

What’s the catch?

There isn’t one, but there is a reason. An audit takes us a fraction of the time a full project does, and it’s a better introduction than cold-calling you — some of the people we do them for end up hiring us. You’re not on a list and nobody will ring you repeatedly.

Do I have to get on a call?

No. The audit arrives by email and you can read it and never speak to us. If you’d rather talk it through, say so and we will — but it isn’t the price of admission.

What if I don’t have a website?

Then the audit is about what people find instead — your Google listing, your Facebook page, your reviews, and what shows up when someone searches your name. That’s often the more urgent problem anyway.

Will you just tell me I need a new website?

Only if you do. Plenty of businesses have a site that’s fine and a Google listing that isn’t, and rebuilding the site would be an expensive way to fix the wrong thing. If the fixes are small, we’ll tell you they’re small.

What does it cost if I do want work done?

Most builds land between $3,500 and $6,000 depending on scope, and a single landing page is $1,000 to $2,000. Every live site also needs hosting and upkeep, which starts at $100–150 a month; the fuller system that runs your follow-up and bookings is $500–700. There’s no lock-in on any of it, and we’ll talk real numbers once we know what you actually need — not before.

Who actually does it?

A person, by hand. It isn’t an automated report generator that emails you a score out of 100 — those are easy to produce and tell you almost nothing about your business specifically.

Ready when you are.
