The Presence System

A presence that does the selling for you.

the website, the lead capture, and the follow-up, built as one system, then kept running so nothing slips between found and booked.

The distinction that changes everything

Your presence is bigger than your website.

A website is one thing, your digital storefront. Your presence is everywhere a customer meets you: the Google search, your Google Business Profile, the site itself, your reviews, and the follow-up after they enquire. Most businesses pay for one piece and wonder why it stays quiet. Presence isn’t the same as a website, and that’s exactly why it’s a system, and why this one is called the Presence System.

A website alone
WEBSITE

One page, sitting on its own.

No search feeding it, no follow-up behind it. On its own, it just sits there, quiet.

Your presence, connected
Your presence
The whole connected system
SEARCH

The Google results people scan before they click.

GBP

Your Google Business Profile and the map pin they tap.

SITE

The website they land on to weigh you up.

REVIEWS

The reputation that decides whether they trust you.

FOLLOW-UP

What happens after they enquire, so nobody goes cold.

Pay for one piece and you get one piece. Build them as a system and each part makes the others work harder: the search feeds the site, the site captures the enquiry, the follow-up closes it, and the reviews pull the next person in.

Under the hood

What the Presence System actually is.

Not a website with some add-ons. Six parts, built to work as one, so an enquiry is caught, answered, and followed up without you touching it.

Your Presence System
01 / SITE

The site

A fast, custom site built to turn a visitor into an enquiry, kept at 90+ on mobile.

// 90+ on mobile, always
02 / CAPTURE

Lead capture, wired in

Every form, call button, and click routed to one place from day one, so nothing lands in a folder no one checks.

// one inbox, from day one
03 / TEXT-BACK

Missed-call text-back

When you can’t pick up, the caller gets an instant text, so the enquiry doesn’t walk to the next business on the list.

// fires when you miss the call
04 / REVIEWS

Reviews + follow-up

Review requests and enquiry follow-ups sent on a schedule, so your reputation grows and warm leads don’t go cold.

// runs on a schedule
05 / DASHBOARD

Your reporting dashboard

Calls, enquiries, and where they came from, in one place you actually own.

// you own the data
06 / ALWAYS-ON

The kept-running layer

Hosting, maintenance, updates, and the person who built it picking up when you call.

// a real person, not a ticket

Each part is useful on its own. Together they’re the difference between a website and a presence that brings in work.

The quiet cost

What a leaky presence costs you.

Most businesses don’t lose enquiries because no one is interested. They lose them in the gaps: the call that rings out, the form that goes to an inbox no one checks, the enquiry that never gets a second message. Every gap is a customer who quietly went somewhere else.

Found you
rings out
Reached out
no follow-up
Got a reply
too slow
Booked in

The Presence System closes those gaps on purpose. That’s the whole point of building it as one system instead of a website and a pile of good intentions.

What you get

Built in five phases, nothing skipped.

Here’s exactly what happens and what you walk away with.

01 Discovery
  • A working session on how you win jobs and who you want more of.
  • A written breakdown of what your presence is missing today.
  • A written plan, delivered before anything is designed.
02 Design
  • A custom design system, type, colour, and components, built for your brand, not a theme.
  • WCAG AA contrast checked across the palette.
  • Real screens for you to review, not a template preview.
03 Build
  • A hand-built site, not a template, with a 90+ mobile PageSpeed target.
  • Lead capture wired in from day one.
  • Missed-call text-back and review and follow-up flows switched on.
04 Launch
  • DNS pointed and analytics installed.
  • Your reporting dashboard set up and a go-live check run.
  • You own the code and the accounts.
05 Care
  • 30 to 90 days of post-launch support.
  • Hosting and maintenance included.
  • The person who built it, on call.
How we build it

A calm, visible process, no black box.

You always know what’s happening and what we need from you, which is less than you think.

01
Discovery

we audit your presence and agree the plan.

Your side: one call, and any logins you already have.

02
Design

we design the system around your brand.

Your side: react to real screens, an hour or two.

03
Build

we build, wire, and test it.

Your side: send content and answer a few questions.

04
Launch + care

we go live and keep it running.

Your side: nothing, unless you want to change something.

What it replaces

The real cost is doing it in pieces.

You can build a presence yourself. Here’s roughly what the pieces cost each month, before anyone has actually made them work together. These are typical in-house figures, in Australian dollars, each with a source below, not our price.

Design tooling
A paid Figma seat, if you want the design done properly.
from $23/mo1
Creative software
Adobe Creative Cloud, all apps, for imagery and layout work.
$96.99/mo2
Hosting and CDN
Managed hosting with a content delivery network, so the site actually loads fast.
$50 to $100/mo3
Reviews, webchat and missed-call text-back
A separate platform to catch enquiries and manage your reputation.
$189 to $649/mo4
Ongoing updates and maintenance
Someone to fix, update, and keep the whole thing running, month to month.
$200 to $900/mo5
In-house total
Assuming you can find, vet, and manage every piece yourself.
$560 to $1,770+/mo
The alternative

One system, one partner.

The same outcome, built and kept running as one thing, priced to the work, not stitched together from five subscriptions and a freelancer you have to chase.

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask.

Do I own the code and the accounts?

Yes. Everything is built on standards you own, the code, the domain, the analytics, the dashboard. No lock-in, and nothing rented from us that stops working if you leave.

What happens after launch?

We keep it running, hosting, maintenance, and updates, and the person who built it is who you talk to. You get 30 to 90 days of close support, then an ongoing care plan if you want it.

Can I edit it myself?

Yes, the parts you should be able to change are set up for you to change without touching code. The structural work stays safe.

How is this different from a Wix or Squarespace site?

Those give you a template you fill in and maintain alone. This is a custom system built around how you win work, wired for enquiries and follow-up, kept fast, and kept running by a person.

How long does it take?

Weeks, not months, without cutting corners. The exact timeline depends on scope, and we agree it up front in Discovery.

What if I only want the website, not the whole system?

We’ll tell you honestly what you actually need. The system is worth more than the sum of its parts, but we’d rather build the right thing than oversell you.
